The Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society is pleased to present a "Lifetime Membership" to Dr. Robert Lewis.

Dr. Lewis is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has served as pathologist at Sun Coast Hospital for forty years until his retirement this year.

Dr. Lewis is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Pathologists. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society.

Dr. Lewis and his wife Ann are noted world travelers, who have traveled to every continent in the world.

It is our privilege to present Dr. Robert Lewis a "Lifetime Membership" in the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society for his forty years of dedicated service to the Osteopathic profession.
